Job Description

URGENT #HIRING for IT Service Desk and Technical Support Representative. We are looking for a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Rep. to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. You will play a key role in increasing profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion. Location: BGC, Taguig. Perks include onsite work and comprehensive health benefits. Salary and benefits are based on technical experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding company and client products and services.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and use a consultative approach to selling and client conversion to support profitability and revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in interviews and application process as part of onboarding.
Qualifications
  • Must have 24 months (2+ years) of technical service experience or IT service desk experience.
  • College graduate for any computer-related course (for TSR only).
  • Able and willing to work onsite.
Salary

Up to Php 35,000 - Php 40,000 per month, depending on technical experience.

Benefits
  • HMO up to Php 400,000 and medical insurance, effective on day 1 (can cover up to 2 million with dependents).
  • Medicine reimbursement up to Php 10,000 (can go to Php 40,000 with dependents).
  • Additional leave and paid training; opportunities for promotion; pay raises; transportation and on-site parking; health and life insurance.
Schedule
  • 8-hour shifts including evening, night, and rotational shifts; Monday to Friday; overtime available.
Supplemental Pay
  • 13th month salary, anniversary bonus, bonus pay, commission pay, overtime pay, performance bonus, quarterly bonus, yearly bonus.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Customer service 1 year (preferred).

COVID-19 considerations: All processes were conducted virtually due to Covid-19; no assessment conducted. This position is on-site.
