Job Description

Urgent hiring for IT Service Desk and Technical Support Representative. This role involves providing expert advice and information to potential customers regarding a variety of products and services, with a focus on customer service excellence and consultative selling. Location: BGC, Taguig. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding products and services offered by the company and clients.
  • Support customers with technical issues and inquiries, aiming to improve client conversion and sales profitability through high-quality service.
  • Participate in initial and final interviews (no assessments required during some stages) and coordinate with the team to resolve inquiries quickly.
Qualifications
  • Must have 24 months (2 years and up) of Technical Service Experience or IT Service Desk (ITSD) Experience.
  • College graduate for any computer-related field (for TSR only).
  • Amenable to work onsite.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: Php 35,000.00 – Php 40,000.00 per month (depends on technical experience).
  • HMO up to Php 400,000 with coverage on day 1; medical HMO insurance up to 2 million including 3 dependents.
  • Medicine reimbursement up to Php 10,000 (could go up to Php 40,000 with dependents).
  • Onsite work arrangement and opportunities for promotion; paid training; pay raises; transportation service provided.
  • Schedule options include various shifts (8-hour, evening, night, overtime, rotational).
  • Supplemental pay opportunities: 13th month salary, bonuses, overtime pay, performance bonuses, quarterly and yearly bonuses.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; in some entries, bachelor’s in a computer-related field.
  • Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
