The Restaurant Systems Manager will lead the end‑to‑end implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of store‑level systems that drive operational efficiency and cost control across our restaurant network. While the role is based in the restaurant sector, we welcome candidates from local FMCG companies who bring strong operational systems and process expertise. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, IT, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain—to assess business needs, define system requirements, and plan effective enhancements. Design and implement service systems that improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction at the store level. Develop system usage guidelines, security protocols, and policies to safeguard data integrity and promote best practices. Conduct routine system audits and performance evaluations to identify inefficiencies, cost‑saving opportunities, and innovation points. Act as the key escalation point for critical technical and operational issues, providing hands‑on troubleshooting and support. Stay updated on industry trends, retail technologies, and automation tools, and recommend relevant improvements or upgrades. Lead the rollout, optimization, and maintenance of systems focused on: Controllable Cost and Labor Management Shift Management Inventory Management Cash and Fixed Asset Control Store Layout and Facility Planning Store Diagnostics and Reporting Tools Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in operational systems or process improvement within local FMCG companies. At least 5 years in a managerial role, leading teams of 3 or more. Strong analytical and project management skills. Strong grasp of FMCG or retail operations, cost structures, inventory control, and process optimization.
