Overview

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual capable of handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. The role includes performing office management duties, handling communications, assisting with scheduling, and supporting team projects as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle communications, scheduling, and correspondence as needed.
  • Support team projects and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation; manage office logistics as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).
    • Familiarity with project management tools or software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
    • Knowledge of basic office bookkeeping or finance tasks.
