The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).
- Familiarity with project management tools or software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Knowledge of basic office bookkeeping or finance tasks.
