  • Recruitment officers plan for and ensure the recruitment of staff sufficient organizational needs.
  • Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements
  • Use internal and external systems advertise job vacancies as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
  • Assist other managers to process job applications and respond to queries
  • Organize and take part in interview procedures as required
  • Develop and keep up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues
  • Responsible for recruitment in several countries, research on current markets and job sites, familiar with freelance job sites, and able to launch the recruitment in any country as soon as possible using their expertise and tools used by HR worldwide.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds and in a multicultural environment
  • Experience in recruitment and on-boarding
  • Knowledge of contemporary recruitment and on-boarding practice
  • Demonstrated sound organizational skills and attention to detail have skills in human resource operational activities
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality in regards to all recruitment and human resource issues
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as work with minimal supervision as required
  • A broad knowledge of human resource professional practices and standards
  • Fulfill the needs of the employers, recruitment officers take on a variety of responsibilities such as: Identifying candidates, interviewing prospects, following up and examining budgets.
