Talent Acquisition SpecialistWork Setup: Full OnsiteSchedule: Night Shift | Monday to FridayLocation: BGC, TaguigROLE OVERVIEW The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, playing a key role in identifying and securing high-quality candidates. This role supports organizational growth by aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals, from sourcing to hiring. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years focused on U.S.-based recruitmentProven ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.Preferably with recruitment experience in healthcare settings.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR toolsSkilled in managing candidate pipelines and streamlining recruitment workflowsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategiesImplement and refine sourcing methods to identify top-tier talentLeverage job boards, ATS platforms, and social media to engage prospective candidatesConduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with role requirementsPromote the organizations values and culture throughout the recruitment process to attract high-quality candidatesWork closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experienceEvaluate and enhance recruitment tools and processes on an ongoing basisKeep abreast of employment legislation, market trends, and industry best practices in talent acquisitionUphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism throughout the hiring cycleSupport other talent acquisition initiatives and perform additional duties as needed
