Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end legal support for M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts such as joint venture agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and licensing deals.
  • Advise and collaborate with senior leadership and business units on legal risks, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee and coordinate with external counsel on specialized legal matters when necessary.
  • Support and drive corporate governance efforts, ensuring alignment with internal policies and relevant regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Philippine-licensed lawyer with 5-8 years of relevant legal experience
  • Strong background in M&A, corporate transactions, and contract negotiation
  • Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services) is an advantage
  • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
