Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance & Business Permits Manage preparation, submission, and renewal of permits, licenses, and registrations with LGUs and national agencies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Maintain updated database of permits and renewal deadlines. Contract Review & Management Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Ensure contracts comply with laws and company policies. Maintain a contract tracking and monitoring system. Corporate Registration & Governance Handle corporate registration and SEC compliance (incorporation, amendments, reporting, annual filings). Support corporate governance (board resolutions, secretary’s certificates). Supervision & Leadership Supervise and mentor legal assistants/paralegals. Conduct training and performance evaluations. Collaborate with other departments for legal support. Advisory & Risk Management Provide legal advice on compliance, regulatory, and contractual matters. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks. Coordinate with external counsels when needed. Qualifications Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) 3–5 years’ experience in corporate legal practice, compliance, or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, contract Experience with SEC, LGU permits processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
