Overview

This role focuses on Accounts Receivable/Payable and Credit & Collections within the group, ensuring compliant financial transaction recording and strong control of accounts and records.

Responsibilities
  • The AR accountant has overall responsibility for handling the Group’s AR activities, including invoice generation, revenue recognition, AR reporting, close of AR ledger, and compliance with Group policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and improve new and existing AR and general accounting processes.
  • Support the accounting team and deputize vacancies in processes such as PO, dunning, and archiving.
  • Ensure compliance with financial transaction recording standards (general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions) and perform control/reconciliation of accounts (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Experience in the order-to-cash process, mainly invoicing
  • Experience in cash collecting and dunning
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency with SAP, mainly SD
  • Experience with SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting tool is a plus
