The primary role of this position is to assist the Marketing Manager in accelerating revenue growth through strategized and targeted marketing activities which drive activation, engagement, customer satisfaction and web traffic for the Southeast Asia region. The primary focus is to work closely with key business stakeholders to align all goals and engage members and affiliates via through-the-line marketing to meet and/or exceed revenue and retention targets. The Southeast Asia Marketing Lead is a dynamic marketing professional who is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across the Southeast Asia region. This role involves a blend of creative and analytical skills to manage marketing campaigns, staying abreast of the latest trends in the market, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Southeast Asia Marketing Lead is also required to ensure a consistent brand positioning and communication style to provide members and affiliates with a consistent and Wow experience. He or she will also work with their fellow regional marketing leads and the Marketing Operations team to produce and execute RCI’s monthly campaign calendars to achieve the overall Marketing department’s targets for offline and online channels.
Responsibilities- Assist the Marketing Manager in accelerating revenue growth through strategized and targeted marketing activities for the Southeast Asia region.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to align goals and engage members and affiliates via through-the-line marketing to meet revenue and retention targets.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across Southeast Asia.
- Manage marketing campaigns with a blend of creative and analytical skills, staying abreast of market trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication style to provide members and affiliates with a consistent experience.
- Work with regional marketing leads and the Marketing Operations team to produce and execute monthly campaign calendars for offline and online channels.

- Experience in working as part of a marketing team that adopts an omni-channel approach.
- Passion for creative content creation.
- Knowledge of membership-based marketing practices to increase retention and transaction propensity.
- Demonstrated high-level business acumen with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited resources.
- Understanding of business drivers including ability to manage metrics for achievement of departmental goals.
- Strong internal and external customer service focus.
- Direct Marketing experience and ability to demonstrate experience in “response driven” marketing.
- Demonstrated initiative in introducing new concepts or ideas.
- Results-oriented approach to delivering quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally for achievement of overall business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Communications.
- A proven, progressive track record of at least 6 years in marketing, digital and management experience.
- Ability to deal with competing priorities, a fast-paced work environment, and reporting deadlines.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to speak regional languages is a plus i.e. Tagalog, Vietnamese, Malay, Chinese, and Thai.
