Customer Onboarding & Success: Guide new customers, set expectations, and help them navigate our system to maximize their success. Proactive Outreach: Spot opportunities to help customers before they hit roadblocks, including following up on pending actions, troubleshooting proactively, and building relationships. Ownership & Improvement: Own your day-to-day role and help optimize processes and SOPs. Internal Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback drives improvements. What Were Looking For 2-3 years of experience in operations, customer success, or support , ideally in a startup or high-performing operations role. A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and independently. Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and confident in both written and verbal formats. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with autonomy. Detail-oriented with a drive for continuous excellence.
