About the Role The Senior Manager for Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) is a key driver of Prince Retail Group’s transformation agenda. This role builds the systems, tools, and programs that enable our leaders and teams to perform, grow, and live our values across all branches nationwide. You’ll design and execute L&OD initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, build frontline excellence, and reinforce a unified culture across our corporate, store, and logistics operations. This is a hands‑on and strategic role suited for someone who has built development programs and organizational frameworks in high‑volume, fast‑moving environments like FMCG, retail, or F&B. Key Responsibilities Organizational Development Lead the design and implementation of organization development frameworks, including culture programs, change management, team effectiveness, and structure reviews. Partner with business leaders and P&O teams to diagnose issues and create data‑based OD interventions that improve performance and engagement. Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline programs aligned with PRG’s growth strategy. Ensure all OD initiatives are integrated with the company’s values and “Ways of Working.” Learning & Capability Development Lead the strategy and execution of company‑wide learning programs—from onboarding to leadership development and technical skills training. Oversee instructional design of all core learning materials, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and the realities of frontline operations. Build and manage the PRG Learning Framework and Learning Academy roadmap. Strengthen the internal trainer network and evaluate program impact using performance and productivity metrics. Change & Leadership Enablement Coach and support leaders through organizational transitions, ensuring clear communication and adoption of new systems or ways of working. Collaborate with Communications and HR Business Partners to deliver learning and OD programs that drive readiness for change. Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance across all levels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s degree or certification in OD or Learning Design is a plus). Minimum 8–10 years of solid experience in Learning and OD; at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven background in instructional design, learning framework development, and OD diagnostics. Experience working in retail, FMCG, or F&B industries preferred. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to translate learning and OD impact into business metrics.
