Senior Associate-Lead Recruiter @ Pride Global | Helping the World Work Are you passionate about building a workplace where employees feel supported, heard, and empowered? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in shaping employee experience and ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions. What You’ll Do: Foster strong, positive relationships between employees and management through effective communication and conflict resolution Address PH employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts with fairness, empathy, and professionalism Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and improvement plans Guide managers and local employees through performance-related conversations and planning Ensure compliance with PH labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices in partnership with leadership Monitor changes in PH employment laws and update company policies accordingly Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities across teams Support employee growth initiatives and promote a continuous learning culture Administer and manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness perks Actively contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a culture of belonging Provide responsive support to employee inquiries regarding benefits and workplace policies Assist in the seamless onboarding of new hires and offboarding of departing employees ✅ What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion Working knowledge of PH labor laws and HR compliance practices Experience in local HR operations or generalist roles A passion for supporting people and building better workplaces If you're ready to take the next step in your HR career and make an impact where it matters, apply now and let’s build a great workplace—together.
