Outreach Specialist – Lead Generation & Influencer Partnerships (Remote) at TheHumbleHackers. This full-time role focuses on identifying and qualifying high-value leads while securing creative partnerships remotely.

Compensation: USD 1K - 2.4K/month

Location: Remote (anywhere)

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify high-value leads and secure creative partnerships remotely.
  • Find and qualify leads on YouTube, TikTok, blogs, and other platforms using tools like Apollo.io.
  • Write and send cold emails that generate responses, incorporating humor or personality when appropriate.
  • Use and manage lightweight outreach tools to scale outreach while maintaining a human touch.
  • Maintain organized records of lead lists, email variations, responses, and follow-ups to improve results.
  • Negotiate creative partnerships by demonstrating compelling value without relying on a budget.
Qualifications
  • Experience in outreach, lead generation, or prospecting using tools like Apollo.io or Instantly.ai.
  • Ability to find and qualify leads across YouTube, TikTok, blogs, and micro-influencers, distinguishing high-value targets.
  • Organized and independent, capable of maintaining clear records of outreach performance, automation results, and replies without relying on large paid budgets.
