Job Description Datacentric is looking to bring in an experienced, customer‑driven Sales Director to manage and develop our Emerging and Enterprise accounts in Asia. The successful candidate will report to the VP, Account Management – APAC and will have a significant impact on the growth of our business. The Challenge Develop and drive our business in the region through regular communication with C‑suite executives, establishing yourself as a trustworthy and knowledgeable individual capable of influencing decision making at management level. Use all available resources to identify and cultivate sales opportunities, cross‑sell and up‑sell; manage pipeline, revenue forecasts and sales activities to ensure data accuracy. Be the link between the client and internal development teams during the product integration phase. Work closely with marketing and product teams on presentations, product demos and on‑site customer visits; devise new approaches to problems and work with the relevant internal teams on enhancing our capabilities and market reach. Contract preparation, creation and submission of proposals, sales information and presentations. About You Communication and Presentation: This role requires strong verbal skills in English and at least one other prominent Asian language, such as Mandarin. The ideal candidate shall display executive presence and confidence in customer and stakeholder management. Knowledge and Experience: You are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of data and API products and specific experience in dealing with both B2B and B2C companies; those coming from an iGaming or bookmaking background will be given priority. Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and managing relationships with senior executives in complex organisations and the ability to read people and flexibly adjust your approach depending on circumstances. Creative and Upstream Thinking: You are expected to think outside of the box, to anticipate situations and find solutions before they emerge. Independent team player – You are able to manage your own time and tasks without any fuss, and actively support your fellow colleagues to the best of your ability.
