Job Description
As the
Director of Enterprise Sales,
you will spearhead enterprise pursuits, develop multi-region sales strategies, and close high-value deals across Southeast Asia. You will craft tailored outsourcing solutions, collaborate with senior executives, and host global clients at Emapta's headquarters in Manila-positioning the Philippines as a premier destination for global talent.
The Qualifications We Seek
- 8-10 years of enterprise sales experience
in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, RPO, or global talent solutions, with a strong track record across Southeast Asia and APAC - Deep knowledge of the Philippine outsourcing landscape, talent pools, regulatory considerations, and enterprise buyer behavior
- Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and close multi-million-dollar deals with global enterprise clients
- Skilled in engaging senior stakeholders (CIO, CHRO, COO, Transformation Leaders) and navigating multi-level decision processes
- Strong commercial acumen in structuring dedicated staffing models, managed services, and hybrid outsourcing solutions
- Ability to craft tailored value propositions, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for enterprise accounts
- High integrity, high energy, and a collaborative, team-first approach
Your Daily Tasks
Enterprise Sales Execution
- Lead high-impact sales pursuits across Southeast Asia with a focus on large, multi-region enterprise clients
- Drive end-to-end deal cycles including discovery, solutioning, pricing, contracting, and handover to delivery
- Actively contribute to pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, referrals, ABM campaigns, and executive networking
Regional Sales Leadership
- Act as the senior commercial lead for the Philippines, driving localized GTM strategy and market penetration
- Collaborate with global and local functional leaders to align sales strategy with Emapta's core capabilities and growth goals
- Build regional vertical strategies across healthcare, SaaS, financial services, professional services, and others
Customer Engagement & HQ Representation
- Serve as executive liaison to global enterprise clients visiting or expanding into Southeast Asia
- Host strategic customers at Emapta's Philippines HQ and ensure a world-class executive experience
- Act as a commercial ambassador in Manila, leading executive briefings and coordinating cross-functional sessions with delivery, talent acquisition, and compliance teams
Internal Collaboration & Deal Enablement
- Partner with marketing, solutions, presales, legal, and delivery teams to shape compelling proposals and enterprise-grade solutions
- Support continuous improvement in enterprise playbooks, sales assets, and pricing models
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to ensure we scale intelligently and remain customer-centric
