Job Description The Credit & Collections (C&C) Manager oversees the company’s financial collection department, ensuring accurate client invoicing and timely receipt of payments. This role monitors staff interactions with clients to ensure collections comply with company policies and regulatory standards, while supporting the Sales Department’s credit and collection requirements. Key Responsibilities Serve the Sales Department in matters of credit extension and collection of due accounts. Establish or recommend credit policies and procedures and monitor their consistent implementation. Conduct credit investigations of new customers and recommend credit extensions and limits. Ensure timely preparation and submission of collections and accounts receivable reports to management. Submit periodic Statements of Accounts Receivable to customers and coordinate for reconciliation of outstanding accounts. Maintain a centralized C&C file system for individual customers. Exercise administrative control over C&C personnel regarding work performance, attendance, discipline, and enforcement of company policies. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate head. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration , or related field Experience: Minimum 5 years in credit, collections, or accounts receivable management Training: Certified Internal Auditor, BIR Taxation (preferred) Skills: Strong knowledge of credit policies, collections procedures, and financial reporting Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
