  • Operate a cash register or computer to process transactions and generate receipts.
  • Accurately balance cash and reconcile daily sales reports against the funds collected, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Greet customers, answer questions about parking rates and facilities, and provide information both in person and over the phone.
  • Monitor the parking area, maintain the cleanliness of the booth, and assist motorists with minor issues like manually lifting a gate if needed.
