Who We’re Looking For

As part of the global support team based in Parañaque, Metro Manila, the Accounts Officer will work closely with the National General Manager and project teams in Australia to deliver accurate and timely financial analysis, reporting, and administrative support across the full project lifecycle. This role is critical in ensuring financial integrity, effective cost management, and compliance with internal systems and processes. Using your high level of communication skills, you will contribute to informed decision-making, efficient operations, and the overall financial performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support monthly end-of-month processes including timesheet validation, job cost reporting, and project claims preparation.
  • Prepare progress claims, valuations, and tax invoices in the ERP system, in collaboration with Project Managers and Treasury.
  • Assist with regular project financial reporting and assist in Board report preparation using advanced Excel analytics (pivot tables, charts, etc.).
  • Manage pre-contract setup including SharePoint administration, tender tracking, and job number creation.
  • Assist with internal audits, credit card reconciliations, and financial system updates.
  • Contribute to tender analysis, budgeting, and live project financial coordination.
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial communications.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • 5-10 years’ experience in a finance/accounts officer, commercial, or project accounting role.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, dashboards, and financial modelling.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian accounting principles, particularly Profit and Loss statements.
  • Experience with systems such as ERP Systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft Suite.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-first attitude.
