Job Details The eCommerce Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s online sales channel by managing product listings, ensuring accurate content, and optimising the online shopping experience. This role is hands‑on and detail‑oriented, requiring strong technical skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to work cross‑functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory accuracy across the eCommerce platform. Upload and optimize product content, including descriptions, specifications, images, and metadata for SEO. Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve technical concerns. Support digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media promotions) to drive traffic and conversions. Track and analyze sales performance, customer behaviour, and web analytics to identify improvement opportunities. Assist in executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offerings online. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on eCommerce best practices, tools, and emerging technologies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field. 2–4 years’ experience in eCommerce operations or digital marketing. Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar). Strong knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach.
