The Retail Training Specialist will design, facilitate, and evaluate global and localized training programs aligned with business goals, while also driving hands-on learning through immersions, mystery shopper programs, store visits, and coaching.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and facilitating onboarding, customer service, sales, and product trainings
  • Managing immersion programs and on-site learning
  • Overseeing the mystery shopper program and integrating insights into performance
  • Monitoring training effectiveness and providing actionable feedback

Knowledge (what people know):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  • Principles of adult learning and effective learning methodologies
  • Familiarity with coffee products, accessories, and machines (an advantage)

Experience (what people have done):

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in training, learning and development, or a related field
  • Sales Training, Retail Training, Customer Service Training experience is a must
  • Experience in designing and facilitating core training programs in a corporate or customer-centric environment
