Job Description
The Business Insights and Analytics Head drives Globe B2B’s business intelligence and performance management process delivering quantitative and qualitative analysis and insights that enable and support the strategic and business objectives of Globe B2B. S/He ensures that the business is on track vs strategic objectives and financial targets. S/He is responsible for making sure that transformational plans are delivering results leading to profitable business growth.
Duties And Responsibilities

• Shapes the strategic direction of business planning and expenditure forecasting processes, providing visionary insights and strategic advice on business trends, revenue factors, and cost drivers.
• Mobilizes teams to deeply understand and navigate the financial implications of the business operating model, driving organizational alignment.
• Defines and drives the framework for organizational goals and objectives, leading comprehensive strategy, planning, design, and implementation initiatives.
• Pioneers innovations in target setting, planning, and budgeting to significantly enhance financial resiliency, spearheading investments in productivity improvements.
• Strategically evaluates opportunities and constraints, synthesizing information across financial planning areas, and guiding the team to navigate economic, political, and regulatory impacts.
• Develops and oversees robust finance contingency plans based on comprehensive financial and business risk assessments, prioritizing strategic recommendations to optimize the overall business landscape.
• Review & evaluate business unit strategic plans against overall goals of the Business or institution.
• Drive the standards for budgets & forecasts & establish parameters for performance reporting of the Business or institution.
• Streamline business reviews to focus management on the most critical risks & opportunities
• Ensure alignment of capital and operational expenditures with corporate objectives.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or related field
• Strategic business planning and budgeting
• Good data storytelling and insighting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Able to develop and present compelling arguments
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies
• Soft: Analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs to technical solutions, Communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Presentation skills Attention to detail
• Hard: Finance and Financial Planning , Excellent in business analytics and budgeting
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
