We’re looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager who has strong business acumen to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of talented Insights Analysts, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the strategic growth of amaysim.

As the Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of analysts and guiding them in delivering actionable insights and data-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams mostly located at amaysim Sydney (aS), including Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to identify business requirements, establish analytics frameworks, and ensure the successful execution of analytical projects. Your leadership skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive innovation will be instrumental in optimizing our data analytics capabilities.

They will be supporting across all areas of the Data Analytics function at amaysim, including – but not limited to – SLT query response, Director query support and future team management.

As part of the amaysim Philippines’ (aP) Management Team, the Data Analytics Manager is also expected to do people leadership covering leave management, recruitment and retention, goal setting and performance reviews, and driving the engagement and culture of the team both at NCS and amaysim.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, prioritisation, and support to a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
• Conduct regular individual 1|1 with analysts, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
• Participate in talent review, recruitment, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with other leads to build a strong NCS and amaysim cultures.
• Drive the engagement of the team by promoting amaysim and NCS culture and events.
• Build relationships with other leads and stakeholders.
• Escalate issues and concerns as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define the analytics strategy, objectives, and priorities for the team.
• Identify and recommend innovative approaches, tools, and methodologies to enhance data analysis, reporting, and visualization capabilities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analytics and telecommunications

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, and establish appropriate metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Be proactive in the management of stakeholders’ expectations

• Work closely with the analytics team to analyse large datasets, develop analysis and dashboards
• Translate complex data findings into clear and concise automation reports, presentations, and recommendations for various stakeholders.
• Support amaysim 90 days initiatives to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making, process improvements, and revenue optimization.
• Management of automate and monitor productions dashboards to make sure they get refreshed appropriately
• Be hands on to support team by doing the build work

• Take the lead in supporting amaysim 90 days initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to understand their analytical needs and support their decision-making processes
• Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate analytics findings and recommendations
• Work closely with aP management and Head of DnA to build up aP DnA capabilities
• Collaborate with aP and aS leads to foster NCS and amaysim’s cultures
• Represent aP DnA in aP and aS important events, such as amaysim Culture Day and YEP, as well as NCS Townhalls and SLT visits
• Build up business acumen by attending amaysim and NCS key sessions such as amaysim Weekly Numbers and NCS Townhalls
• Be responsible for recruitment, retention and driving amaysim culture within the aP DnA team
• Drive the engagement of the team, escalate issues as necessary, attend leads alignment meetings, cascade important information to the team, and foster continuous feedback and improvement.
