Analytics & Insights Senior Associate - Customer & Business Intelligence - CX Lab At Google Operations Center we help Google users and customers solve problems and achieve their goals — with a culture focused on improving continuously and being better together. Overview As an Analytics & Insights Senior Associate in the CX Lab, responsibilities are divided between Wave Survey Research and Scaled Qualitative Research to shape advertiser satisfaction and influence future versions of Google’s advertising products and customer experience programs. Responsibilities Perform descriptive and statistical analysis (e.g., z-tests, ANOVA) on large quantitative survey datasets using Python, including reviewing weighted data for accuracy and consistency. Assist in deck and report creation, including data analysis in Python, data entry, formatting, editing, and ensuring content accuracy, consistency, completeness and quality. Provide insights to the dashboard SME when a new table is needed. Assist with survey programming in Qualtrics, ensuring surveys align with content created by research leads and meet quality standards. Conduct survey testing in Qualtrics, document quality issues, and track resolutions. Review translations delivered by localization vendors, log quality issues, and review fixes. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, social science, or related field. Knowledge in a primary research role with statistical analysis (inferential statistics: confidence intervals, t-tests, z-tests, ANOVA, correlations, etc.). Proven analytical and data analysis skills, preferably in a market research setting (descriptive and inferential statistics, data visualizations, and appropriate charting). 1+ year experience with SQL and Python for statistical analysis and/or data pipeline management. 1+ year experience with SQL or similar database management software. Experience programming market research online surveys using Qualtrics or other survey platforms. Preferred Qualifications Excellent organizational and data visualization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Ability to identify process and efficiency improvements. Experience using SQL and Python to modify scripts, develop new scripts, and perform data cleanup.
