MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking motivated Remote Sales Representatives to support a variety of outbound sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio of well-known clients. In this role, you’ll engage with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact sales campaigns with globally recognized brands. Being bilingual is highly advantageous and will be viewed favorably.

Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within 80km of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Present and promote products and services effectively
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and training
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements
Ideal Candidate
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center experience
  • Work from home experience
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM
  • High speed internet connection
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Location and Compliance
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • Subject to program and location of the position
  • Willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; background/security results may affect offers
  • Willing to submit to drug screening; offers contingent on results
