Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.**About your role:**As a **Senior Associate, Total Rewards (Tier 2)** will provide analytical and technical support to the Total Rewards function and coordinate the implementation of compensation & benefits strategies and programs to ensure that SCJ provides competitive programs to its employees and senior leaders.**Key Responsibilities:*** Support the administration of various Total Rewards programs of the assigned region* Provide in-depth analyses for current and proposed programs to support decisions and administration of all total reward programs.* Conducts internal equity and external market competitiveness reviews of programs to ensure that SCJ is attracting and retaining top talent* Provides technical and consultative assistance to HR stakeholders regarding the total rewards programs* Participate in the communication and implementation of various components of a company's pay and rewards program* Resolves HR process and policy questions related to (Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, Mobility, Vendor Management) through multiple communication channels* Leverages knowledge management solutions to complete inquiries and transactions* Works to meet expected service levels and business performance goals**The essential skills and experience*** A Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related discipline* **At least 3-5 years** of experience in Total Rewards in**a Shared Service setup/Regional or Global Business Services*** Experience handling **APAC countries’ compensation and benefits** **programs is required*** **Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills*** Strong drive for results, accuracy, and control compliance* Excellent financial / business acumen and analytical abilities**Job Requirements*** Full-time, direct employment* **Onsite work setup; once a week work-from-home after 3 months*** Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM (Mondays to Fridays)* Overtime might be required depending on the critical deliverable**What’s in it for you**We’ll invest in you, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career, develop your skills, and work in an inclusive, family-like environment.
