You will become an integral team member, bringing expertise in your area while collaborating, contributing, and elevating the work of the wider team. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing & Events, EMEA, and working closely with the METNA Field Manager, you’ll help drive collaboration, creativity, and impact across the region. What you’ll do Support Regional Field Marketing Partner closely with the METNA Field Marketing Manager to embed event initiatives within the broader EMEA marketing strategy, ensuring cohesion, impact, and alignment across the region. Lead Event Execution in METNA Plan and deliver high-impact events—from large trade shows and executive dinners to Cloudflare conferences and partner gatherings—that drive pipeline, engagement, and brand excitement across the region. You’ll turn ideas into experiences that leave a lasting impression. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, Localization, and Marketing teams to ensure every event is aligned with business goals, delivering meaningful and memorable experiences for customers, partners, and prospects. Vendor & Partner Management Own relationships with agencies, venues, and regional partners, ensuring flawless execution and maximum ROI on every event. You’ll be the driving force behind smooth, high-quality experiences that reflect Cloudflare’s standards. Campaign Development & Execution Create compelling event-related assets, from landing pages and promotional content to email campaigns. Lead pre- and post-event strategies to convert interest into actionable pipeline and measurable results. Performance Tracking & Insights Measure, report, and optimise every event using clear KPIs and ROI metrics. Your insights will continuously refine strategies and raise the bar on what’s possible. If you have the ambition, drive, and passion to execute flawlessly and elevate every experience, we want you on our team What You’ll Bring Professional Experience Deep expertise in event and field marketing, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-market programs that deliver measurable impact. Skilled and passionate in tradeshow booth design, build management, and overseeing large-scale fair experiences from concept to execution. Comfortable working closely with Sales, BDRs, and partner ecosystems, aligning events and campaigns with broader business objectives. Experience operating across diverse EMEA teams and cultures, thriving in a fast-moving, international environment. Core Skills Exceptional project and time management skills—you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple initiatives without missing a beat. Outstanding written and verbal communication, with a talent for compelling storytelling and crafting promotional messaging that resonates. A collaborative communicator, able to influence and inspire stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams. Strategic mindset, able to see the big picture while executing flawlessly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel across the METNA region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey) to support event preparation and execution, with flexibility to engage in select projects across EMEA. Strong analytical acumen, using data to drive decisions, optimise performance, and continuously raise the bar. Required Qualifications Fluent in English (mandatory); Additional European or METNA languages (e.g., Arabic, Turkish) are a plus. Based in Lisbon, Portugal. 8+ years of events & regional marketing experience, with strong expertise in field sales collaboration and broad knowledge of channel marketing.
