The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Production Graphic Artist will provide support to our partner through day-to-day graphic support. You will be responsible for designing mockups, vectorizing logos, and producing presentation decks from their initial concept through to their final delivery. The production artist must be very collaborative and have excellent problem-solving abilities, all while maintaining consistency and the original brand look throughout the process.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums

• Able to give and receive constructive criticism

• In-depth experience and an established track record in artwork design and finalization, with great attention to detail

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Designing graphics for apparel and/or promotional items

• Performing easy to moderate edits to existing illustrations

• Manipulating customer provided artwork or the Client's templated designs

• Preparing Proofs

• Executing design change requests

• Preparing files for screen printing, digital printing, embroidery and printing for other various product types

• Communication with account managers

• Managing his/her job queue and completing work in a timely fashion

• Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements

• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.

• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:

• Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.

• Technically savvy and have a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management.

• Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your ability to deliver visually impactful designs.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: Php 35,000 - Php 37,500

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
