Overview

This position focuses on delivering analytics solutions and exceptional customer experiences through hands-on technical work and collaboration with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.

The Role

Technical Solutions Engineer for an AI-powered analytics platform. A hands-on role combining technical expertise with customer success to provide exceptional experiences for users of an advanced business intelligence solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer success through technical support, problem-solving, and platform enablement (50% support, 30% enablement, 20% success initiatives)
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to create first-class user experiences
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in customer environments
  • Own customer communication regarding issue resolution, product enhancements, and roadmap developments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence/Databases
  • Strong fundamentals in Computer Science and Databases
  • Proficiency in SQL and Data Modeling
  • Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Expertise in at least one major BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning
  • Background in building customer support processes and knowledge bases
  • Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Flexibility and willingness to step outside of traditional roles as needed in a fast-paced startup environment
