Job Description PRODUCT OPERATIONS ANALYST

The Product Operations Analyst will research tasks in a proprietary platform to put healthcare administration on autopilot. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and prepared to work on a variety of projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performing and supporting automated data entry into various EMRs as part of R&D efforts.
  • Completing Workflow Tasks using scripts, information from the Clients' Workflow Queue, Customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, artifacts, or assistance from the Production Operations team.
  • Reviewing and updating knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with electronic medical record systems.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is valued.

Other required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Fluent in English.
