The Role: Data Platform Management and Support Specialist You’ll play a key role in ensuring the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of advanced knowledge platforms that empower global social impact initiatives. Perform updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure system reliability and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with agility and precision. Collaborate with development teams to implement platform enhancements. Build and deploy analytics pipelines for new projects. Monitor performance and conduct tuning as needed. Document system configurations and maintenance activities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software maintenance, system administration, or technical support. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English.
