Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decisions. This role involves creating and maintaining reports, filtering and manipulating data, and ensuring data accuracy and accessibility across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Salesforce
  • Perform data filtering, manipulation, and analysis to support business operations and decision-making
  • Create custom reports and visualizations tailored to team and management needs
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across platforms and reporting systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Maintain and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data reporting, filtering, and analysis
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
  • Experience with logistics, Power BI and/or is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Job Type: Full-time
