The Opportunity

We're looking for a results-driven Email Campaigns Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll design, execute, and optimize email campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and fuel growth for our IT services.

This is a fully remote, full-time position where you'll directly impact our sales pipeline and brand visibility.

What You'll Do

Generate & Nurture Leads: Plan and execute high-converting B2B lead generation strategies using targeted drip email campaigns.

Craft & Optimize Campaigns: Write compelling, segmented email sequences tailored to each stage of the buyer journey. Continuously test subject lines, CTAs, and content to improve performance.

Automate Workflows: Build and manage automated email workflows that nurture leads and drive conversions, leveraging tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Track & Improve: Monitor key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.), analyze campaign data, and iterate based on insights.

Stay Aligned & Compliant: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment, maintain clean email lists, and follow email compliance standards and best practices.

Measure & Improve: Track KPIs, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights.

Stay Compliant: Ensure list accuracy and follow email marketing best practices.

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in B2B email marketing, with a focus on lead generation and drip campaigns.

Hands-on experience with tools like Zoho Campaigns, Apollo, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.

Strong writing skills, especially when it comes to simplifying technical or complex topics.

Comfortable with data—you know how to track email performance and use insights to improve results.

Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-moving tech environment.
