Manage global privacy enquiries, coordinate with business units, draft responses, and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Manage the global inbox of external privacy enquiries, categorizing by jurisdictional requirement and right exercised using online forms and ServiceNow configuration. Liaise with the appropriate BU SPOC to gather relevant information in line with requests, policies, toolkits, and templates from the Privacy Office. Prepare draft responses and disclosure bundles, including exemptions. recommendations for approval by BU SPOC and Privacy Office. Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely case notes on actions, contacts, and exemptions with justifications. Respond to requests on behalf of each BU within set timescales (28 calendar days for most jurisdictions). Follow escalation processes set by the Privacy Office when SLAs are not met by BUs. Provide monthly MI to the Privacy Office, measuring compliance with global requirements, broken down by BU. Raise concerns, queries, or issues for immediate attention of the Privacy Office. Assist in audit reporting processes relevant to these activities. Support general updates, design flow, and enhancements in the systems used. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor's Degree holder in any field. Open to fresh graduates with excellent communication skills. Preferably 1 year of solid experience in Customer Service functions within Technical, Financial, Insurance, or similar sectors. Fluency and articulate communication skills in English.
