Training Specialist | Hybrid | Ortigas | Night Shift | Day 1 HMO
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift; Monday to Friday EST - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential morning/mid-shift transition

Work setup: Hybrid, Megatower, Ortigas (Onsite, will transition to Hybrid after training)

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Training and Development, Education, HR, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience in lieu of.
• 2+ years of hands-on, in-depth experience in Residential, Commercial, or Financial software or property management preferred.
• 1-3+ years of training experience in a professional business environment, including instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies.
• Ability to design, implement, coordinate, and conduct training programs in a professional setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with an engaging demeanor that enhances learning.
• Articulate, energetic, upbeat, and inspirational with the ability to engage audiences through multiple delivery methods.
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Expert in multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing effectively.

Your Daily Tasks

• Conduct needs assessments to determine training and/or performance solutions.
• Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business needs.
• Develop, design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs including Instructor-Led, Self-Guided, and Web-Based Learning.
• Continuously design and enhance training programs to ensure organizational alignment and relevance.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Create and maintain project plans, manuals, training environments, and job aids to support training execution.
• Manage and record development programs and participants within the Learning Management System and supporting platforms.
• Stay updated on new training methodologies and industry best practices.
• Coach subject matter experts on training best practices, materials, and delivery methods.
• Foster a positive working relationship with colleagues and departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
