The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate updates and feedback to candidates throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support onboarding and hiring documentation when needed
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
  • Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8AM-12PM EST or 10AM-2PM EST

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in recruiting
  • Prior recruiting experience in New Jersey is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards such as Indeed, CareerPlug, etc
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, video calls, Outlook, Microsoft Office)
  • Attention to detail and professionalism
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare (e.g caregivers, etc)
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
