Partnering with Clients to Build Exceptional IT Teams Across the Region | Senior Talent Partner – Asia We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager who can manage and deliver complex data center and infrastructure transformation projects end-to-end. This role requires someone who understands the full technical landscape, not just coordination, and can translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5‑10 years managing mid‑to‑large scale IT infrastructure projects in complex enterprise environments Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (networks, servers, storage, cloud, security, etc.) Analytical mindset able to assess data, identify pain points, and propose actionable improvement plans Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non‑technical audiences Strong planning, organizational, and vendor management capabilities Troubleshooting and problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment Insurance industry experience is a strong advantage. What You’ll Do: Deliver IT infrastructure and data center projects Understand business needs and turn them into technical project plans Identify gaps in current infrastructure and recommend improvements Work closely with IT teams to design and validate solutions Help integrate new systems and ensure everything works seamlessly together Provide clear progress updates and insights through reporting/analytics Lead testing, deployment, and handover to operations Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the organization Nice to Have: PMP / Prince2 Certification ITIL Foundation Six Sigma or experience in process improvement Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Project Management Industries Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CXC by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
