The
IT Infrastructure Project Manager / Business Analyst
will lead and deliver data center and IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role oversees project planning, budgeting, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery that aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in IT infrastructure or data center projects (migrations, moves, consolidations)
  • Exposure to disaster recovery strategy and implementation
  • Experience with mid- to large-scale projects and collaboration with application development teams
  • Strong IT infrastructure knowledge in complex environments
  • Planning, organization, and time management
  • Risk assessment and problem-solving
  • Leadership and team management
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Certifications (preferred):
    PMP / PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps between business requirements and current technology capabilities
  • Collaborate with IT analysts to finalize infrastructure designs
  • Lead data center site selection (RFI/RFP processes)
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and resources; report progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure projects deliver business objectives within cost, time, and quality targets
  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Ensure all deliverables meet organizational standards and quality levels
  • Coordinate testing schedules, objectives, and post-implementation reviews
  • Oversee handover documentation from project teams to operations
  • Take on additional relevant tasks as assigned
