Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and oversee technology-driven projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Duties and Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead technical proposals process addressing choices for the scope, budget, implementation and operations models to determine solution choices in BDA context. Well versed in Jira, expert in Jira implementation and integration of ITIL methodology like asset management, license lifecycle management and incident management. Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business leaders. Manage risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to drive efficiency and process improvements. Monitor project performance, generate reports, and present updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with IT security and governance policies throughout the project lifecycle. Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party technology integrations when necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in IT project management or a related role. Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure. Strong experience with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
