Deal Execution Officer (Security Bank Capital Investment Corporation) As a Deal Execution Officer , you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and executing investment banking deals. How You’ll Contribute Conduct industry and company‑specific research to identify and analyze potential business or financing opportunities. Create, manage, and assist in the preparation of financial models and business valuations to assess a company’s financial viability. Assist in the origination of mandates by developing and cultivating client relationships, pitching, and preparing client presentations. Help execute investment banking deals by preparing information materials, conducting due diligence, and structuring appropriate products. Support senior bankers in deal origination and execution to generate revenue from clients. Prepare reports and memoranda necessary for internal approvals. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree holder. At least 3 years of work experience with a strong financial background, involving debt, equity, or advisory transactions. Knowledge of investment banking products, services, and processes. Effective marketing, sales, and negotiating skills. Ability to assist in executing investment banking transactions.
