Position Overview

Are you a motivated and persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? We’re seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. In this on-site, full-time role, you’ll actively prospect, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities while representing top-tier products and services. This is a seasonal account (up to 5 months, renewable) with a graveyard shift schedule, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to potential B2B clients
• Research and qualify leads based on business needs, challenges, and goals
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and articulate product value
• Nurture leads through the sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
• Provide post-sales support and maintain client satisfaction
• Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities and track progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and priorities
• Generate reports on lead generation, CRM usage, and campaign outcomes

• Minimum 6 months of B2B and outbound sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce, etc.)
• Skilled in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

• All MCI Locations — Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
• Subject to the program and location of the position. Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks.
