Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs that enhance morale, foster teamwork, and support employee well-being.

  • Track and report on employee engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make necessary adjustments.

  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address concerns.

  • Create and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. This may include conducting surveys, organizing team-building activities, and recognizing employee achievements.

  • Assess and organize training needs, develop learning materials, and facilitate training sessions to support employee skill development and career growth.

  • Stay current with industry trends and developments, recommending updates and improvements to existing programs as necessary.

  • Advertise job openings, source talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, job fairs) and maintain relationships with educational institutions.

  • Organize and conduct onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration and understanding of company policies and culture.

  • Provide administrative support for HR events, surveys, performance appraisals, and other related programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices in all aspects of the role.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.

  • At least 2 years of experience specializing in HR Engagement, Training and Development, or Employee Relations.

  • Familiarity with other facets of Human Resources is an advantage

  • Can start ASAP

  • Goal oriented and keen to details.
