Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs that enhance morale, foster teamwork, and support employee well-being.
Track and report on employee engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address concerns.
Create and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. This may include conducting surveys, organizing team-building activities, and recognizing employee achievements.
Assess and organize training needs, develop learning materials, and facilitate training sessions to support employee skill development and career growth.
Stay current with industry trends and developments, recommending updates and improvements to existing programs as necessary.
Advertise job openings, source talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, job fairs) and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
Organize and conduct onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration and understanding of company policies and culture.
Provide administrative support for HR events, surveys, performance appraisals, and other related programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices in all aspects of the role.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
At least 2 years of experience specializing in HR Engagement, Training and Development, or Employee Relations.
Familiarity with other facets of Human Resources is an advantage
