Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate staff or department. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in the preparation of documents and materials for meetings or presentations.
  • Clerical Duties: Manage data entry and ensure the accuracy of information in databases and spreadsheets. Handle mail distribution, courier services, and document management. Assist with maintaining and updating organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support to Teams and Departments: Provide administrative support to managers or teams by organizing schedules and maintaining calendars. Assist with preparing invoices, budgets, and expense reports. Coordinate internal and external communications, including follow-ups with clients or partners.

Education and Experience
