We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our food and beverage operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry, particularly in handling service crew, processing payroll, and managing social media content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing and coordinating daily activities of the service crew
  • Prepare and process staff payroll accurately and on time
  • Create and schedule social media posts to promote brand presence and drive engagement
  • Maintain employee records, schedules, and attendance logs
  • Provide administrative support to management, including reporting and filing
  • Assist with inventory tracking and vendor coordination
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role within the food and beverage industry
  • Hands-on experience in supervising or coordinating service staff
  • Familiarity with payroll processing
  • Experience managing business social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or POS systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for social media
  • Experience in scheduling staff and managing shift changes
