Overview

Jr. Contract Administrator – You will handle contract reviews, coordinate the signing process, maintain accurate records, and serve as the go-to resource for contract-related inquiries. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all contract management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Review contracts, agreements, and related documents
  • Coordinate the signing process with internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts
  • Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries
  • Support audits and internal reviews with relevant documentation
  • Handle and track contract agreements to subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in contract administration, office administration, or other administrative support roles
  • Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, or legal teams is highly valued
  • Based in Pampanga and able to work onsite
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with contract management software (e.g., DocuSign, Concord)
  • Experience with document tracking systems and digital filing
  • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality protocols
