Your role Responsibilities
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and audit schedules.
  • Prepares general ledger journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis for areas assigned (including accruals and intercompany transactions).
  • Communicates with cross-functional teams regularly, including international accounting, revenue, finance, business intelligence, tax, and others.
  • Participates in special projects such as acquisitions, accounting system changes/upgrades and process improvements.
  • Mentors accounting staff to develop strong relationships within the team.
What you need
  • Experience with Workday Financial
  • Minimum 3-5 years of general ledger accounting experience in a mid to large size company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (BSA)
  • Knowledge of large general ledger software applications (2-3 years)
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Public accounting experience; CPA certification is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
