Your role

As a Sr. Staff/ Staff Accountant , you will:

  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and audit schedules.
  • Prepares general ledger journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis for areas assigned including, but not limited to accruals and intercompany transactions.
  • Communicates and works with cross-functional teams on a regular basis, including the international accounting team, revenue, finance, business intelligence, tax, and others.
  • Participates in special projects such as acquisitions, accounting system changes/upgrades and process improvements.
  • Mentors accounting staff to develop strong relationships with the team.
What You Need
  • Experience with Workday Financial
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in general ledger accounting at a mid to large size company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (BSA)
  • Knowledge of large general ledger software applications (2-3 years experience)
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Public Accounting experience, CPA certification is a plus.
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel) required
