Urgent Hiring: Accounts Payable Team Lead | Hybrid + Competitive Pay
Role: Accounts Payable Team Lead at MicroSourcing
Location: Eastwood, Libis
Work setup & shift: Hybrid | Night Shift

Responsibilities- Ensure month end internal control procedures are completed and documented
- Prepare audit schedules or management reports as needed
- Perform ad hoc analysis for Finance, and Tax, and other inter-departmental teams as needed
- Participate in special projects such as testing prior to implementation of accounting system changes/upgrades and process improvements
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- Good English communication skills
- At least 2 years of solid Accounts Payable Team Lead/Supervisory experience
- Experience in shared services or a BPO environment is a plus
- Hybrid setup from Day 1
- Night shift
