Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Manager to join Common Thread Collective (CTC). As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. You will maintain clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations, positioning CTC as a strategic ally in media acquisition and growth planning.

Responsibilities & Onboarding

Kick-off & Onboarding — Be willing to put in hard work through the kickoff period; prepare for a high-leverage new skill; take feedback and implement it quickly; finish work with quality and on time; demonstrate perseverance.

  • Align with the Brain Trust for ideas across clients; manage and work with pod teammates (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).
  • Maintain data integrity across Statlas; execute the Prophet system for clients; build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps; perform data analysis for maps; coordinate marketing calendar with clients.
  • Daily execution and actualisation vs the forecast; deconstruct and adjust projections to meet KPIs; combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans; pivot when needed; lead in obstacle situations; uphold CTC’s Meta best practices.

Quality & Client Communication — Ensure you stay within a 5% Delta to the Forecast; daily alignment with client vs forecast and strategy; maintain above-benchmark client satisfaction; execute Prophet system on schedule and with quality. Communicate regularly with clients with clear deadlines and updates.

  • Provide daily performance updates; ensure alignment across Strategy and Forecast for every day of the week; participate in Weekly Strategy Calls.

Growth & Knowledge Sharing — Contribute learnings back to the system, collaborate across teams, and contribute to future company content production.

Next-Level Skills & Experience

Communication — Fluent in English; ability to present ideas clearly; craft empathetic client messaging; strong presentation skills.

  • Data Analysis — Strong raw talent; familiarity with Google Sheets; willingness to learn and grow in data tools.
  • Past Experience — Broad perspective across domains such as mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.
  • Critical Thinking & Impact — Structured problem solving; drive for meaningful impact; ownership of outcomes; accountability and autonomy.
Compensation, Location & Growth

Salary & Growth — Salary progression described per month and yearly ranges; emphasis on pay transparency and growth opportunities; mentorship and regular feedback on progression.

Location — Fully remote with flexible scheduling; regular 1:1 feedback and measurable quality benchmarks; recognition of exceptional work; weekly accountability checks.

Reporting — Your supervisor is Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program.
