This person will be a core member of our customer success team and will be well-positioned to succeed—the entire company, including sales, customer success, product, and engineering, is aligned to ensure customer success. You will primarily lead new client onboarding for SMB clients during their first 30 days. This requires empathy, the ability to explain complex concepts clearly via email and video calls, technical savviness, and the ability to ask probing questions. You will be measured on how successfully clients are onboarded to Workstream via a balanced scorecard. This is a remote position based in the Philippines. Occasional in-person team gatherings in Metro Manila (a few times a year) and a two-week in-person training are required. You are expected to work during North America business hours to support US-based customers during their night shift. This is a customer-facing role with daily video/voice calls (Zoom) with customers. Day In The Life Run scaled, defined implementations with our SMB HRIS customers Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts, including successful implementation and training to drive adoption Lead multiple implementation calls daily with new customers Set accurate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders Escalate high-severity requests or issues as needed Participate in cross-functional groups to improve communications, tools, and products Be an expert in Workstream to guide new users and answer questions Keep track of client activity, notes, and next steps in our success software Incorporate feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process Learn from assigned clients to build and maintain templates Who You Are Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles; preferably with software, restaurant technology, or HR technology companies Adaptable and flexible with changing processes Hands-on attitude; no task is too big or too small Thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments with competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills across email, phone, and video Ability to interpret customer questions and provide tailored answers Ability to capture customer feedback and identify improvement areas for internal processes High-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 20 Mbps).
